Das "Herz" des Schmuckes ist einzig aus Platinen und deren Komponenten gefertigt. Im Folgenden finden Sie die Beschreibung der zeit- und arbeitsaufwendigen Herstellung:

1. In sorgsamer Arbeit werden die Platinen für die einzelnen Schmuckstücke vorbereitet. Sowohl "Through-hole" Bauteile als auch "Surface-mount devices" werden entlötet, und die Lötstellen gesäubert.
2. Danach wird der Lötstopplack und Silkscreen je nach Bedarf entfernt und die Leiterbahnen werden sichtbar.
3. Dann können die Ausschnitte für die einzelnen Teile ausgewählt und gefräst werden.
4. Die Kanten und Ecken der ausgefrästen Platinenstücke werden im Anschluss geschliffen und abgerundet, so dass sie angenehm anzufassen sind und fein aussehen.
5. So können die Teile ggf. in Fassungen und auf Schmuckrohlinge aufgebracht werden. Zum Schluss werden sie mit Epoxidharz überzogen.

1. In careful work the circuit boards are prepared in order do become unique pieces of jewelry. Through-hole and surface-mount devices are desoldered. And the solder joints are cleaned.
2. Afterwards the solder mask and the silkscreen are taken of as required.
3. Then the details are selected to be milled.
4. Subsequently the edges and corners of the milled pieces of the circuit board are sanded and rounded so they are nice to handle and to look pretty.
5. The circuit board pieces can now be glued in to bezel settings or on to the blank jewelry. Finally they are covered in synthetic resin.
